CHIEF Scholars
Need-based and merit scholarships for K–12, undergraduate, and graduate students. Funding paired with year-round academic coaching, mental health resources, and a peer network of fellow scholars.
Six-month cohort academies blending executive mentorship, speaker series, and immersive retreats. We build character, conviction, and the practical skills to lead at every level.
Workforce readiness, paid internships, and a direct pipeline to employer partners through Couth Careers and Handshake. Industries span tech, sports, healthcare, finance, and the public sector.
A national network of executive, athlete, and alumni mentors matched 1:1 with scholars based on goals, geography, and lived experience. Relationships built to last beyond the program.
An applied research arm exploring what actually works in education, workforce development, and economic mobility. Pilots, white papers, and partnerships with universities and think tanks.
Service days, family support initiatives, and partnerships with local nonprofits. Where the foundation rolls up its sleeves alongside the communities it serves.
Test prep, application coaching, financial aid navigation, and on-campus support — especially for first-generation college students and student-athletes.
AI fluency, coding bootcamps, and applied tech residencies that prepare scholars for the industries defining the next decade. Built with founders, engineers, and product leaders.
Turn opportunity into legacy — at every age, across every track.

In Practice
Three pillars. One ecosystem.
Mentorship sets the table. Workforce sets the trajectory. Community keeps it all rooted.
Mentorship
A national network, matched 1:1.
Executives, athletes, and alumni show up where the next generation needs them most — geography, industry, lived experience all matched with intention.
