Diverse Connects
Diverse Connects is designed to assists individuals in building their academic and professional experiences by providing timely, practical, and customized career information. We strive to motivate and ensure that each individual that we work with possess’ career skillsets that exemplify extraordinary leadership.
This program bridges the gap between academic achievement and lifelong success. The Professional Development and Leadership Program provides counseling for students and allows professionals to assist each person in acquiring self-awareness regarding goals and preferences, and to use that knowledge in decision-making related to career planning and professional development.

Diverse Connects enables students and professionals the opportunity to view, post, and apply for career opportunities through the Diversity United Foundation. We encourage additional employers to post internships, co-ops, and full-time career opportunities.
Diverse Connects Bridges Gaps
Diverse Connects allows us to partner with diverse students, professionals, and organizations to evaluate their goals, explore possibilities, and help them navigate their job searches. To support their career journey, we offer one-on-one counseling, resources and programs on career paths, and access to employers through our recruiting events.
We also offer several avenues for employers to broaden their recruitment efforts with us, such as participation in interview programs, career panels, and online posting of employment opportunities.
Diverse Connects helps students effectively develop their professional capabilities, define their identities and build resilience as they prepare for employment in a rapidly changing world.
The Diversity united Foundation ensures students are able to:
